Terms of Use

These terms apply to PicPop, operated under the PicPop name. By using PicPop, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old. Keep your sign-in account secure and provide accurate information. Upload only photos and content you own or have permission to use.

AI photos and edits

AI outputs can vary from previews and may contain errors or unwanted details. PicPop does not guarantee exact likeness or reproduction. Review results before sharing or relying on them. Do not use the service for impersonation, deception, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, harassment or other unlawful or harmful content. Do not bypass safety restrictions.

Credits and subscriptions

Each generation displays its credit cost before submission. Standard photos use 10 credits; a template may show another cost. Failed generations handled by the service return reserved credits. Google Play displays the applicable local price and renewal terms before purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in Google Play. Subscription credits expire at the end of their billing period and do not roll over. Purchased top-up credits do not expire merely because a subscription ends. No unlimited generation or free trial is offered unless explicitly shown in the purchase screen. Refunds are handled under Google Play's rules and applicable law. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Your content

You retain any rights you hold in your uploads. You allow PicPop and its service providers to process them as needed to perform your requested edit, store your results and operate the service. AI outputs may resemble other outputs and may not qualify for exclusive intellectual-property protection.

Reports, deletion and service availability

Use Report result from the image menu to flag unsafe or problematic output. Use Settings → Help & feedback for other issues, or contact support@fixyourpic.com. You can delete your account as described on our deletion page. Account deletion does not cancel Google Play subscriptions. Service availability, templates and features may change; we may restrict misuse or suspend accounts where necessary to protect users or comply with law.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains data processing. Contact support@fixyourpic.com with questions about these terms.
